Martin Harley Band

ALTERNATIVE folk/old time blues singer/songwriter Martin Harley brings his band, The Martin Harley Band to Southampton's Platform Tavern venue as part of their second UK tour on Sunday.

Peter Swatton will be joining Martin at the event on the world's smallest drum kit along with other obscure instrumentation, while Graeme Ross beats and bows his harmonies out on the double bass and balalaika bass.

The band are currently mid-way through their second tour, and will continue to tour the UK until early November.

Their recent calendar has included some Glastonbury and the Larmer Tree.

The show is free.

Venue: 023 8033 7232.
