COUNCIL chiefs have unveiled plans to build a new block of public loos in Hill Head, as part of a wider £300,000 two-year project to spruce up toilets.
WHITEHALL has now given the all clear for the £45 million development which will make Hampshire's Rose Bowl one of the best sport stadiums in the world.
