Here’s how to take in a top show for free
FANCY being entertained by the country's top comedians, listening to some of the best classical music or watching your favourite stars in the spotlight - all for FREE?
For an altogether different day out, why not get your friends or family to join you in a TV or radio show audience.
Broadcasters give tickets away for free and all you have to do is give a choice of dates when you can make it and specify how many you want.
Current shows that you can now apply for tickets include Sky's Are You Smarter Than A 10-Year-Old? hosted by Noel Edmonds Do You Have a Passion for Fashion? presented by Gok Wan and Nicholas Lyndhurst and Celia Imrie in the sitcom After You've Gone.
Tickets are also available for Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night, Radio 3's BBC Symphony Orchestra recordings and Radio 2's The Jason Byrne Show.
Its also possible periodically to get tickets for Later with Jools Holland where you can be part of an intimate studio audience watching an eclectic mix of stars.
Most of the recordings are in London. For information log onto bbc.co.uk/whatson/tickets, beonscreen.com or applausestore.com.
