RIVER Park Leisure Centre, Winchester is holding a free family fun day on Saturday, July 26.

The centre is gearing up to offer a wide range of activities to keep both kids and parents amused.

The fun day, from 10am to 4pm, has been arranged to encourage families to keep fit together and make the most of the holidays.

Activities include: a family treasure hunt, bouncy castle and games, face painting, martial arts taster sessions, Fit 4 Kids sessions and free adult beauty treatments courtesy of Redwood Beauty.

There will also be an opportunity to test your fitness with a free Body MOT' test and to try-out the gym facilities available at the centre.

Amanda Ford, sports and recreation manager for Winchester City Council, said: "The holidays offer a wonderful opportunity to indulge in family activities.

The Free Family Fun Day at River Park will offer something for everyone and will give adults and children the chance to keep fit together."
