A SCULPTOR found an imaginative way to boost the green credentials of a Hampshire museum.
Michael Turner used recycled fire extinguishers, boat parts and old forks and spoons to create the lettering and logo at The New Forest Centre in Lyndhurst.
The eye-catching scheme was commissioned to mark a new partnership between the centre and the New Forest National Park Authority.

Mr Turner said: "Recycling metal is not only cheaper than buying steel, it is more environmentally-friendly.
"I like the idea of turning scrap into something beautiful and giving it another life."
Meanwhile, the first ever New Forest Centre manager, Hilary Marshall, has been appointed to look after the day-to-day management of the museum, staff and exhibitions.
A series of New Forest National Park awareness panels and maps are also now on show for visitors.
