All change at charity birthday bash
GUESTS attending a Hampshire charity's first birthday are asked to bring a fistful of loose change with them.
As part of the celebrations of Anna's Room, founders Sue and Sandy Gilchrist are hoping to fill a couple of 1ft Winchester bottles with coins, as well as holding a raffle and running several stalls.
The couple founded the charity, which funds new equipment in Hampshire hospitals, after their daughter Anna was affected by encephalitis. The new resources are designed to stimulate the senses and help suffers get back some level of independence.
They include light displays, aromatherapy and a sensory bubble tube.
The birthday celebrations will be held at Hold Cottage, Cheriton, at 2pm, on Sunday, July 13.
For more information call Sue or Sandy on 01962 793494.
