Palace boss: Warnock.

EASTLEIGH are one of eight clubs taking part in the inaugural Errea South West Challenge Cup in north Devon later this summer.

And Ian Baird's Blue Square South side will be in distinguished company. Neil Warnock's Crystal Palace have also entered, along with League One outfit Yeovil Town and Blue Square Premier duo Torquay United and Kidderminster Harriers.

Chertsey (Combined Counties League), Bideford AFC and Barnstaple Town (both Western League) make up the eight for the tournament, which runs from July 21-27, writes Wendy Gee.

The eight entrants will be split into two groups and games will be played at three venues - Appledore FC's Churchill Way home, Barnstaple Town's Mill Road base and Bideford FC's Sports Ground.

A family ticket for one adult and two children, priced just £15 to see up to EIGHT of the games, can be bought online at www.discountsportonline.com The tournament hotline is 01237 477757.
