Ancasta supports customers with Sea Start service
Sea Start, the south's leading on-the-water breakdown call-out service, has agreed a significant partnership with Ancasta International Boat Sales to provide four months free cover to purchasers of all Ancasta's new and second hand yachts.
All those buying from Ancasta will benefit from the peace of mind and support offered by Sea Start. This will include owners of Ancasta's new boat range, Beneteau, Marten and Lagoon sailing yachts, Sealine and Bavaria motor yachts together with all brokerage boats.
Sea Start provides a 24/7 service to members throughout the UK's south coast and northern France. Experienced engineers use a fleet of fast offshore RIBs to answer call-outs on average within less than an hour, fixing most faults in situ, either at sea or on the dockside.
Sea Start's Managing Director Nick Eales comments "We are very pleased to have formed a partnership with such a key player in the yacht sales business. Ancasta's high volume of yacht sales will introduce the benefits of Sea Start cover to many new users and we are optimistic that a high proportion will progress to full cover at the end of this period."
Ancasta's Nick Ryley says "We are pleased to offer the Sea Start cover as it is a great service that will give confidence to our customers buying both new and used boats". He continues, "The scheme will appeal particularly to our brokerage customers who in the first days of ownership have much to learn about their new boat".
The free cover will be available from actual launch date of the owner's newly acquired yacht , even if that is some time later than purchase date, meaning owners can benefit fully from the four months service when they start using their boats.
Sea Start members avoid placing a burden on public rescue services such as the Coastguard and the RNLI. 12-month Sea Start subscriptions are available to all boat owners, with prices starting from as little £134.99 with no additional call-out fees.
