A 20-25 knot wind from south west put off many sailors producing a low turn out for the penultimate race. Class A and Z had a two round course giving them plenty of beating opportunities. Incisor won class A.
The Sonars, Class C and Flying Fifteens were given a two round inshore course to keep them out of the rough conditions. Jenny M of the Sonars came first and continued her successful season. Trissa in Class C came home first and won her race on handicap by seven minutes. Ffreefire20 finished first in the Flying Fifteen race, closely followed by Ffuraha and Sea-Jay.
On the Tuesday 2nd September sees the last race of the season which is the popular Bang-And-Go-Back race followed by prize giving at 9:30 in the Club.
